Let me introduce myself, I'm Sarah Langford. I am a qualified Fitness Instructor and trained in Sports Massage.
I teach the following classes; Fitness Pilates, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, Aerobics, Body Conditioing, Boxercise, Nike Training Club and Pre and Post-Natal Exercise.

In 2008 Sarah graduated from Southampton Solent University with a 2:1 in BA Hons Sports Studies and is a qualified Level 3 REPS Fitness Instructor.
From an early age Sarah would visit gym classes, which inspired her to become a fitness instructor. Her aims are: to teach people about health and fitness, create a fun, energetic workout, to help people achieve their goals, and gain new knowledge.
Sarah is constantly striving to improve her knowledge and class structure and has currently passed her Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity. Sarah is always striving to improve her knowledge of exercises, as well as reading new research and articles in fitness and nutrition. She also attends new courses and workshops to improve her fitness knowledge, which then can be passed on to you. Sarah’s Pilates classes concentrates on improving posture by strengthening the core muscles, stomach, back, legs and bum, as well as incorporating toning and body conditioning exercises into the class to get an all round body workout. Each class is different, incorporating various equipment and different styles of teaching including yoga poses. You will feel lengthened and tighter around the stomach upon leaving.
Sarah’s Fat Burning Aerobics class incorporates an aerobic routine, which will improve cardio and mainly focuses on easy/intermediate choreography that works your whole body hard. Also the class will help tone and strengthen muscles by using weights, body weight and various equipment to really work the main muscles.
Sarah also gained the qualification of Sports Massage. Massage can be performed at your house or at Sarah's home. The massage can be beneficial for aches and pains, previous injury or for a more relaxing purpose.
